A datapack which reduces the pockets on the 2 starter Tough as Nails armors.

This is a simple datapack to change the Pocket values (From MTInventoryWeight) on the first two Tough as Nails armors to make them more balanced.
It changes the wool and leaf armor to have 1 pocket instead of 7.
