MprisCustomHud

• add support for multiple media players that you can cycle through
  • use the filter to effectively go back to previous behavior
  • use the preferred option to set a player that replaces other ones when it's active
• add the mpris_player variable to show the current player name in your hud

There may be new bugs though...
