Move & Chat

A big update that adds lots of improvements:

• Renamed the project to Move & Chat, so it's more obvious what it does
• The full coordinate will be moved to the top when Move & Chat is updated (so instead of suggesting "-123" first it suggests "-123 456 678"
• Same thing with entity uuids: when looking at a mob with Move & Chat activated its uuid is at the top of the suggestions
