Bugfix: prevented monsters from continuing to target players after zombification

Bugfix: made iron golems attack players if they are a zombie

Bugfix: players now infect other players if they themselves are infected when they kill someone

Feat: prevented the player from picking up new items (if an item type is already present in your inventory it will still stack) unless their mainhand is free
