Sombrius's Weaponry Redux

Additions:

• Estoc
• Flails

Changes:

• Reworked Reach (now uses attributes)
• Daggers and Sickles have 1 less reach
• Daggers now remove any aggro when close to an entity while invisible
• Daggers will divide the time left on invisibility by 2 each hit

Fixes:

• Attacking an entity that is holding a rapier or a saber with a weapon that deals custom damage will no longer cause crashes
