[#7] Mining gemstone ores caused the client to disconnect

Gem Polisher

• Increased the energy capacity from 1 Million to 10 Million.
• Energy Insertion: Energy Ingot inserts 20,480 units per second & Energy Block inserts 30,720 units per second (when powered by redstone, the amount is multiplied by 5).
• Re-textured the UI.

• Added custom textures for buttons.
