WET ORE UPDATE AND FIX BUGS

it add new ore it name wet ore that depends on the weather of the world is so when there is no rain it add only regenration to the armor and when there is rain or thunder it will add resistance and strength with regenration and with blue particles and it also give you those to effect when you even in water is that cool

BIOMES:

we add new biome it name stonehills and it from stone and vanilla ores with new structures of stonehill and in these structures there is the wet stone that means dry wet ore and when it rain it will become hydrate so we can call it wet ore like HAPPY GHAST and when the weather clear it will become dry and become wet stone again

fix bugs:

we fix the sound of armor equip that means when the custom armor when you wear it, it will make SOUND and he edit the ARMORS POWERS
