[FORGE 1.19] MoreCreativeTabs - 1.1.0

Changes:
- Allow you to use an ItemStack with NBT for the tab icon
- Allow you to override item display names in Custom Tabs
- Added a command (
/mct reloadTabs) to reload tabs without restarting the game showTabNameshas moved to/mct showTabNames
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed loading files with
jsonsomewhere in the name, when it should be ignored
