More Warden Gamerules

Version: 1.1.0 Fixed bugs:

• Warden not spawning with emerging animation when spawned by shrieker.
• Warden immediately attacks the player again after disabling his shield.

Changes:

• When warden targets an entity for the first time or a new entity and the value of the "sonicBoomCooldown" gamerule is set to 40 the first sonic boom cooldown is going to be 200. If the value is not set to 40 then the first cooldown is going to be set to: gamerule value * 5.
