More Vulkan 1.2.0 (1.21.11)

This is the first stable release of More Vulkan. This release brings 2 new optimizations and reduces mod clutter by removing Simple Voice chat and another mod! Coming to 1.21.11 and newer.

• Ixeris: Ixeris is a mod that optimizes event polling to improve client performance by buffering raw input and threaded event polling resulting in a decent FPS increase when moving your mouse compared to vanilla Minecraft.
• Particle Core (experimental): Adds aditional optimimizations to particle rendering, particle culling, and other optimizations related to particles!
