More Slabs!

🚀 New Implementations and Fixes:

• Implemented a fix for issue #4: Brick slabs no longer transform into singular bricks but correctly into brick blocks.
• Issue #6, where red nether brick slabs had no corresponding transformation, has been resolved. Red nether brick slabs now transform into the appropriate red nether bricks.
• Issue #7, related to mossy stone brick slabs having no transformation, has been addressed. Mossy stone brick slabs will now correctly transform.
• Resolved issue #9: End stone brick slabs now have the expected transformation.
• Implemented a fix for issue #11: Quartz slabs will now transform into Quartz blocks.

🐞 Known Issues:

1. Stone brick slabs still transform into Chiseled stone bricks.
2. Cobbled deepslate slabs still transform into Chiseled deepslate.
3. Red sandstone slabs still transform into Chiseled red sandstone.
4. Nether brick slabs still transform into Chiseled nether bricks.
5. Polished blackstone slabs still transform into Chiseled polished blackstone.
6. Purpur slabs still transform into Purpur pillars.
