improved the isEntityProtectedCheck logic because Spell Impacts caused by spell spawned entities did sometimes not work on players that are on another team if pvp was enabled

Heavily Improved MobSpellCastGoal, especially channeled spells like fire breath
If you try to run away from a fire breath casting mob it'll follow you while still casting the spell
When you come to close while a Mob is casting/channeling a Spell, the entity will walk slowly backwards
