More Realistic Skies: Astrocraft Addon

Fixes:

1. fixed bug that caused meteor showers to spawn in wrong positions,
2. fixed bug that caused meteor showers to not spawn after half the year,
3. fixed bug that caused meteor showers to dependent on the sun's right ascension instead of solar longitude,
4. fixed meteor showers having incorrect data.

Changes:

1. changed meteor shower intensity to be zhr,
2. changed meteor shower stormmult to not reach infinity,
3. changed meteor showers to scale with ticks per day.

Additions:

1. meteor showers are now completely configurable,
2. added tooltips to the config.
