Additions:
- Axial precession (configurable),
- a new feature allowing sky rotation to be compatible with different inclinations.
Changes:
- changed max zhr cap to be 1000 instead of 10000 (your game would crash),
- seasons now sync differently due to axial precession.
Fixes:
- fixed bug that caused max zhr to not do anything,
- fixed bug that caused solar longitude to only be correct for earth.
