More Outlines
A client side mod that adds more item/entity/block outlines, using the internal glowing effect.

Fixes outlines for block entities (chests, signs, beds, shulker boxes, etc.). Their normal render is now tagged with the outline color so the outline follows the live pose with no duplicate/static draw.
