More Explosions

• did some performance improvements including tick stretching (explosions may take a long time to happen this is intentional and is part of the performance improvements)
• added custom explosion physics that effects all explosions (including modded ones if they go through the normal explosion path and dont do their own already custom thing)

possible new bugs

• minecraft may temporarily hang with large explosions due to memory fill up
• if you even want to count it sympathetic explosions do not work with modded explosives
• this mod may conflict with any that broadly/generically cancel the vanilla explosion event.
