• Added Cooldown reduction enchantment (It can be applied to the more endgame tools, and it reduces the ability cooldown)

• Added Scrolls (Added 3 scrolls: Reaper scroll, Tree scroll and Crystallized scroll. They can be applied to a more endgame tool and they reduces the ability cooldown and adds an ability. OBS! Each scroll can't be applied to the represented tool, for example reaper scroll can't be applied to the reaper sword cause the reaper sword already has the ability.)
