🧠 Not-Registered Hints No Longer Spam (More Friendly)
The “not registered yet” hint is now persistently rate-limited: if you haven’t met a Moonlit Broker, killing mobs will not repeatedly spam your actionbar.
By default, the reminder is now sent to chat, and each player will see it at most once per in-game day (so it won’t clutter combat visibility).
After you successfully register for the first time, you’ll also get a one-time confirmation message: You can now receive Bounty Contracts as drops from eligible mobs.
