Update
- Migrated all structure biome tags to use convention tags (#c:) instead of custom mvs tags
- Structures now automatically support biomes from mods that follow convention tag standards (BWG, BOP, Regions Unexplored, etc.)
- Removed unused custom biome tag files
- Removed common_avoid exclusion zones from structure sets
