this is a quick hotfix version of 2.1.0

fixed:

disabled essential and USBplus temporarily to get the custom menu to load again
updated the fabric loader to fix the crash with fancy menu

Notes: essential and USBplus is disabled temporarily since it was causing the Fancy Menu to not load for some reason. I might need to downgrade fancy menu, but for now, those two is disabled until next update.
