Harpy: flight now costs stamina
- The first 60 seconds of any continuous flight are free. Past that, saturation starts draining
- until she lands, so long flights now have a real cost instead of being entirely free. Landing (or
- just not flying) resets the clock back to zero.
Small balance hotfix, no other changes.
