Origins Minus is no longer required

Rappel was the only thing this mod ever used from Origins Minus. It's now fully native content ported in place with the same climb mechanic and speed, minus a few unused flourishes (a resource bar that was never actually drained, an unrelated mining speed bonus, and a redundant projectile visual effect). Its in game description now also mentions the doubletap jump step needed to start climbing, which the old description had omitted.

You no longer need to install Origins Minus. Just Fabric API, Origins, and Pehkui. The original mechanic's design, from Origins Minus's own Weaver origin, is credited in CREDITS.md nothing of theirs ships in this mod anymore, but the credit stays.

Bumped to 2.0.0 since this changes the mod's install requirements, not just its content.
