Adapted to Minecraft 26.2.

Added volume normalization. The current implementation requires music sources to provide valid LUFS data, so source plugin developers need to expose the relevant field.

Added a permission for allowing duplicate track submissions.

Added permission state synchronization between the server and client, so GUI controls now update themselves based on the user's permissions.

Added in-game error reporting for playback failures, and the current track is now skipped automatically in singleplayer.

Corrected the key name used when storing toggle rules for singleplayer worlds, fixing an issue where worlds with the same name could overwrite each other's rules.

Fixed keyboard shortcuts not working while playback was stopped.

Fixed the HUD cover rotation angle being reset while playback was paused.

Fixed when adding the current track to local filter, it won't stop immediately.

Refactored the public API to improve future compatibility. The API version has been raised to 2.1.1, and plugins written for API version 1 must be updated before they can be used again.
