API Changes

Mod Menu now uses OSL Text Components as opposed to Vanilla Text components or Strings.

Fixes

• Fixed translation issues with badges, mod descriptions, and config options.
• Improved handling of OSL in the mods list, especially in development environments.
• Text now scrolls back and forth inside a button if it does not fit, as opposed to extending to outside the button.
• Fixed hover effect in the mods list in smaller GUI scales.
• Fixed badges not rendering properly and other visual issues with text.
