- Added more mechanics for wind opening wooden doors
- Added sandstone to refined grabbing list to reduce tornadoes digging deserts up
- Added a max wind and min wind config to set the base wind speed natural tornadoes can spawn at (gusts and sub vorts will still make it higher)
