What's Changed

• Fix machines added by addons not getting sounds registered anymore by @Swedz in https://github.com/TheStaticVoid/MI-Sound-Addon/pull/24
• Added sounds to Extended Industrialization singleblock machines and the Tesla Coil / Tesla Tower
• Added sounds to the Industrialization Overdrive Pyrolyse Oven
• Adding upgrades to machines now makes a noise
• Using a pipe config card to store / change pipe settings now makes a noise
• Using a wrench to change the orientation of a machine now makes a noise
• Fixed volume settings in the config never being set on load
• Cleaned up the code a bit

Note to pack devs

Sounds now are associated to their namespaces, please check the wiki for the updated method of adding custom sounds
