Fixed Modern Decorations Mod items and blocks not appearing in creative inventory search or JEI search.

Changed the mod creative tab from a search-only tab to a normal creative category tab so item indexes can discover its contents.

Registered the creative tab after blocks and items are loaded, preventing the tab from being built before the mod item entries exist.
