Version 1.1.1

One quick patch before the mod goes public. This version resolves an issue with the add screen, which displayed servers by reading through an index file. Updating this would have required a mod update, which was not optimal. Thus, I have removed the index file and now simply generate the list on the fly, pulling the server names and ips from the GitHub folder.
