Modern Beta Annoyances Fix

• Rename mod to Modern Beta Annoyances Fix (prev. Beta Annoyances Fix)
• Rescope the mod to now be intended specifically for use on the Modern Beta server, rather than a more generic/broad scope.
  • As a result, you can no longer configure what items are considered "beta foods."
• Added eight more features:
  • Disabled flattening grass (into paths.)
  • Disabled off-handing entirely.
  • Disabled stripping logs.
  • Logs are always placed upright.
  • Stairs are always placed upright, and cannot form corners.
  • Slabs are always placed on the bottom half of the block.
  • Fences only connect to other fences.
  • Trapdoors are always placed on the bottom half of the block, and can only be placed on solid blocks (no slabs or stairs.)
• Restructure config screen to support the above changes
