- feature: Waste Pollution:
- OFF by default, since it could cause unwanted mess
- Alchemical Waste also generate residual magic to nearby chunks at the same time
- Configurable spread range, amounts per waste item from different ways
- slightly adjusted config value range to exclude meaningless value
