Missing Potions!

Release 2.0 for NeoForge

Includes all features from release 2.0:

• Added Strong and Long variants for all potions (as well for their splash and lingering potions and tipped arrows) -> the Luck Potion has more potion variants: check the description
• Added the vanilla mechanic that prevents potions to receive enhancement and extension at the same time (except for Luck Potion: check the description)
• Changed and tweaked potion durations: check the description
• Changed the en-us.json language file to implement these new changes

Note: There's a big bug where the mod doesn't get detected by NeoForge during mixin/launch. A fix will be made soon.
