0.3.3 changes:

• Made Insecticide not scale with difficulty.
• Made Plant Poison cause burning souds.
• Fixed the effect description of BS Armor Equipped.
• Holding any Boarlin Sword now makes it so if your current health excedes your max health, your current health will be reduced to your max health. This is needed to fix a glitch with Baa Steel armor, where it leaves you with increased current health after taking it off, leading to supercharged Boarlin Sword performance (e.g. levitation while sneaking with a Diamond BS)
• Removed Spellslinger Steel Block loot table.
• Removed Spellsling Steel Block and tools from tag entries.
