Mining Dimension

So, you're making a server with your friends. Nothing crazy. You think to yourself: 'Hey, we should get a quarry mod!' But, the entire overworld has almost every chunk completely mined out! Not anymore.

This mod adds the mining dimension (creative name, i know), which is accessible with the mining staff. When holding the staff, right clicking will take you to the mining dimension, and right clicking again will take you back. The dimension is pure stone and mineshafts, letting you mine to your hearts content without worrying about the overworld being mined out.
