Glide: Glide physics are now more accurate.
Glide: Score rings now produce particles.

Glide: Added Icarus, which uses the Greek Mythology Pack!
Glide: Added Excalibur, which uses the Fantasy Texture Pack!

Glide: Added support for a few more shader packs, with varying quality:
- BSL
- Aurora

Lobby: Players that are on fire prior to being teleported to the lobby are now extinguished before being teleported.
Legacy4J: Tutorial tips no longer display when in a minigame world.
Legacy4J & Glide: Fixed broken HUD when in a lobby.
