MiniHUD MSPT Provider

A very simple server-side mod to provide live TPS and MSPT data to clients running MiniHUD.

The data is added, as a header and footer, to the Player List that is shown when pressing Tab. This is the same as what the Carpet mod does, and is what is required by MiniHUD.

This mod was created to provide the same data but without having to install the entirety of the Carpet mod.
