Mini Carved Pumpkins and Jack o'Lanterns

adds mini blocks of the carved pumpkin and the jack o'lantern, available from the stonecutter. the texture is based on an unused carved pumpkin texture that's in the regular mini pumpkin's skin texture.

only for 1.21.9 and 1.21.10 because I don't feel like messing with the overlay system, and this is really only for my personal use. the texture base64 string is in the recipe files though, so feel free to make your own version if you play on an older version. it doesn't work in older versions by default because they made strange changes to recipes.
