Slightly optimized armor initialization.

Fixed bug causing some ores to not generate in their specific biome.

Added some missing item names from the English lang file.

Added new configs for the ores which weren't previously configureable.

Ore configs now handle duplicate entries.

Added a bunch of tags to various items.

Some texture edits.

Added metal dusts, with proper tags, which can be enabled in the config. (Useful for modpacks/mod-compat)
