Remade map UI to be more modern and intuitive.
Added zone commands to plots and also a setspawn option so maps are makeable and more customizable in plots.
Fix a lot of vulnerabilities.
Added a max for surf ramp entities, please let me know if it is too little.
Added censorship for the names and descriptions for maps.
