Tweaks
- Set render distance back to 12 chunks and changed a few other configurations in Vanilla settings.
- Some configuration changes to Subtle Effects mod to improve performance.
- A configuration change done inside Improved Sign Editing mod.
- Updated some items to their latest versions.
