More smol fixes i guess

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where the status does not get reset back to normal for minehut subdomains with MonServer after going back to the minehut lobby
• Fixed a bug where buttons recieved from MonServer was being ignored until you turned buttons on

What's new:

• Added a check for networks that if the status is the same after you have been transfered to another place in the same IP, it does not update the MonServer Status and stays the same (i guess)
• Added Rate Limiting for MonServer >:)
