Minecraft on Discord

Minor update with a few changes:

• Supports 1.21.11
• Servers with the handshake can now send buttons (even if discordEnableButtons is set to false)
• Fixed a bug where the handshake sends its status even if multiplayerShowIp, multiplayerShowName are set to false and if privacyMode is set to true
• Updated the server reminder for the status being updated, with what has been changed (updated to your status), a config value to disable those reminders (disableServerReminder) and telling what change did not affect because of multiplayerShowIp or multiplayerShowName being turned off, and the message being fully disabled if multiplayerShowIp, multiplayerShowName are set to false and if privacyMode is set to true (if disableServerReminder is set to false)
