Minecarts with Blocks

A whole bunch of additions!

• Added Reverse Block Minecarts
• • Act as the reverse of the standard Minecarts with Blocks. The last slot will be used as the display. Shift-clicking items in will change the appearance! fun!
• Added Furnace Minecart reskins
• • Furnace Minecarts can now take on the appearance of various smelting blocks!
• Added Chest Minecart Reskins
• • Chest Minecarts can now take on the appearance of the other chest blocks! Incompatible with Block Minecart functionality.
• Block Minecarts now work with block states. Pretty much only works in vanilla survival with bee nests and hives, but it's fun.
