Initial release of the minecart system extracted from Fixed Minecraft for 1.21.11. Ships eight copper rail variants with tiered speed caps, dispenser minecarts, and self-propelling furnace minecarts that pull a chain of trailers behind them through corners and slopes. Patina drops at a 30 percent chance when axe-scraping a full copper block and applies one oxidation stage when used on any oxidizable copper block, including the rails.
