• Added Signal Rail, a powered-rail-looking track that sends a redstone-driven control signal to the connected train.
• Right-clicking Signal Rail cycles its mode between Throttle, Brake, and Reverse.
• A powered Signal Rail toggles the selected locomotive lever once when any cart in the connected train passes over it.
• Signal Rail works through the whole chained train, so a passenger or cargo cart can trigger the locomotive controls.
• Added crafting, drops, rail tags, creative-tab placement, and English/Polish translations for Signal Rail.

• Reverse signals can be applied before a brake signal, allowing a direction signal followed by a brake signal to set up a train turnaround.
