First content update! Added new materials, tools, and creative tabs.

New items:

• Red Iron Ingot (crafted from 1 redstone + 1 iron ingot)
• Bone Stick (crafted from bones)
• Ruby (dropped from ruby ore)

New tools & weapons:

• Bone Sword (low durability, decent damage)
• Lumber Jack Axe (gold-speed axe that fells entire trees when shift-breaking)
• Copper Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe (fast mining, between stone and iron)
• Ruby Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe (between iron and diamond)

New blocks:

• Ruby Ore (found underground, requires iron pickaxe)

Creative tabs:
