- Added a 9-nemesis cap per player.
- Limited nemeses to humanoid NPCs; beasts such as wargs are excluded.
- Encounters now roll every 5 minutes with a 33% chance.
- Encounters randomly select one available nemesis.
- Fixed forced rotation to take the shortest direction.
- Reduced encounter rotation time to 0.5 seconds.
