Added back the accidentally deleted keNetic Armor and Super Charge recipes.
Walking on Vymainium blocks now give Speed 2 for 1.5 seconds instead of Speed 3 for 1 second.
Vymainium Dust can no longer be placed on itself or any non-solid blocks.
