Mekanism: Water Provider
This project adds a simple block—water provider—to the game. It provides water infinitely (like a sink) for your industrial machines.

Changes
- Output rate now scales exponentially with Speed upgrades: 1,000 mB/t at 0 upgrades up to 2,147,483,647 mB/t at 8 upgrades (max)
- Internal buffer capacity now follows the output rate (minimum 10 buckets), so production is no longer capped by the buffer size
- Removed Energy upgrade support — capacity is now driven by Speed instead
- Config:
baseRatedefault raised to1000; removed thebaseCapacityBucketskey - GUI: removed the capacity readout line (rate + stored amount remain)
