Added Wand Restriction Modes (UP/DOWN, LEFT/RIGHT, NORTH/SOUTH, EAST/WEST).

Added keybinds for Wand Restriction and last used Trowel Mode (So you don't have to toggle over Quick).

Fixed a bug of not consuming blocks in curios slots when it wasnt in a container.

Better Wand block placement and better logic for returning replaced blocks in replace mode.
