• Traduction in english, french, chinese and russian are added for the quests too.

Changes :

• You will be able to get golden_claw_fragment more often in draugr_crypt_common chest loot_table (+~5%)
• You will be able to get golden_claw_fragment in draugr_crypt_rare chest loot_table (40%)

Bug fixes :

• DraugrAltarBlock ticker is now fixed and shouldn't crash anymore along with syntra connector.
• TickScheduler shouldn't crash the game anymore.
• Hitbox will not scale with the random model scaling anymore
